this guy and i had been talking for a few months but never really started dating. he kinda just stopped talking to me, so the other day i called him out on it. he told me before that he like me and would always say we should hang out but we never did. i texted him and told him i felt like he purposely led me on and was just saying he liked me but really didn't, and that he should be more careful of what he says to girl b/c they might take him seriously.
he told me that he wasn't just saying those things, that he meant them and that he was sorry for making me feel that way and that he wasn't doing it on purpose. he said he had a lot of things going on and still does and that school consumes his life and he doesn't have time for anything else (we're both in college)..i just said it's fine i understand and we left it at that..
does this mean he still likes me? i really like this guy and want to be with him, but i just can't figure out what he wants...
