Can't eat without feeling sick?

Every since I was little I have had a problem with eating everytime I eat I can't eat much cuz I get the feeling of wanting to throw up it's even like that when I brush my teeth I feel sick to my stomach all the time and I'm not pregnant what can it be is there something wrong with my throat or something ?
I dont throw up it's just a feeling so I don't have a eating disorder cuz I wanna eat but just can't my throat or whatever won't let me
