Can't download from apple store?

Hey guys I can't download from apple store or iTunes when I am at home but I was at work today and I downloaded from the apple store and google earth with not one problem, the error message I receive is that "cannot connect to iTunes" soooo help me!! It's annoying that I cannot download at home but at work!! I don't have Internet at home
Well I don't have Internet in morrisons lol! I am trying to download apps from my iPhone and I don't have Internet connection
