Cant Download a messege

I recieve messeges and im pretty sure there are pictures attached but i cannot download them because i can read regular messeges with no problem at all.. When i recieve the messege the letter is white instead of goldish yellow(dont know if that helps any). Any help would be appreciated.
 
maybe your cell phone doesnt support receiving mms. you can set up your mobile account to send you a sms instead containing a link to your mms content available on web.
