Why is it there is a forum on here for police and law enforcement but your not allowed to question the conduct of the police. Big Brother watching? Police can be wrong. Apparently they're not supposed to be called out on it! Remember that little piece of our constitution that gives us freedom of speech? When did this become a communist site?

I think you are incorrect..it might be the question you ask and how you ask it .. Your answer indicates to me you may have a problem with the police .. This is not a communist site .. You must remember 13 year olds' can use this site too. I see no violation of any of your rights guaranteed to you by our constitution..

I have seen and answered questions relating to police misconduct and/or mistakes. I really boils down to how the question was asked. Also keep in mind the most reported questions are reported by Y!A users and are not removed by Y!A staff. If you feel your question was reported incorrectly, then appeal to Y!A.

Anyone with reporter status earned and granted by Y!A will and do report what they find offensive.
I have no intent of reporting this, but your question IS considered a "rant."
One may avoid violations best by carefully wording their Q&A and appealing if one is within the Guidelines.
A side note : Y!A is an institution of its own making and is in no way obligated to the rights of free speech. They set the rules and one either abides by or ignores them.

What the responders are saying is right. Discuss the misconduct intelligently and don't use it as a "hate" forum.

I don't know what the circumstance is that makes you claim that, but Yahoo Answers is a private venue and can make their own rules. The Constitutional freedom of speech keeps you from being arrested for what you say. One has nothing to do with another.

where does it say that?? does it really say that?? or am i being gullible right now??
