I'm putting in a new batery and every time I conect the battery the alarm goess off and the truck won't start and the alarm will not stop until the batery iss disconected, I do not have the remote and I have tried turning the key on and of and I tryed locking and unlocking the door and I tryed leaving the key in the on posistion before conecting battery and that doesn't work either, I read that there maay be aa ssmall toggle swich somewhere on the floor board but I cant locate it. Maybe ssomeone could be more discriptive as to where it is, The truck is a 98.
Cant disarm the alarm in my toyota tacoma when replacing the batery?
