can't delete msn chat logs?

I save my MSN chat logs however one of the folders has become full with one of my contacts. MSN offers me the option of saving the older messages or deleting them however it will let me do neither. I have tried signing out and deleting all the old chat logs but the same message still pops up everytime i close that particular conversation. Can anybody offer any guidance? =/ Thanks x
 
got to My Documents then Find the folder that has your chat logs(there is defiantly one there) I can't remember completely but it is probably called My Chat logs. from there just delete the folder with the contacts name on it.
