Cant decide between these two smart phones

Hi, I'm deciding between the Audiovox SMT5600 and the Cingular 2125 (both unlocked).

Audiovox: brand new, $100 USD
2125: used, with a 1gig minisd, $150 USD

i dont NEED a new phone but really want a smartphone (i have a BB7100 and feel like im missing out on multimedia functions). So i'm trying to get hte best deal. seeing as i cant find the audiovox that cheap new anywhere is very tempting but it is older so i dont want to be upgrading again in a year (have had my BB for a year and i'm wanting more already). Also the audiovox has a smaller screen than my BB so thats a major negative. The 2125 has a bigger screen and newer (has WM5, audiovox WM2003SE). i wanted a SDA but the keypad is really small. SDA does have wifi but i'd prolly never use it.

i'm leaning towards the 2125 but the price is holding me back. any thoughts?
 
if you have a chance to buy an unlocked 2125 for 150 do it. i want that phone so bad. i migt wait it out and get the 8525 though. just cause it has a faster processor and better camera. wanna pm where you get can that 8125 from? i would buy one right now at that price.
