Can't decide between the two cars?

I am looking to buy either an '07 Honda Accord or an '07 Nissan Altima.
The only problem i have heard, that seems to be pretty much between the two cars, is the brakes. Specifically the rotors; I have heard ppl complain that they warp or rust very fast or just plain wear out way too fast within like 3 oil changes.

Does anyone else that has one of these cars experienced this problem?

Any advice as to what to look for between these two to come to a decision?

Hondas tend to last longer with fewer mechanical problems. The resale value is higher also

I would go with the altima b/c it's a little cheaper and has cool push button start.
