Can't copy files to/from SD card!

I'm trying to copy files from my Tungsten T3 to my SD card or from the SD card to the Tungsten T3.
I tried copying files by going to App --> Copy , choosing the file I want to copy, and hitting the [copy] button.
I always get this error message: "Can't Copy" X An error occurred while trying to copy the selected application.
When trying to copy from the card to the Handheld, get a blank list, listing no files, applications, or directories on the SD card.

I tried using Filez to copy files. Filez will show the directories and files on the SD card, but when trying to copy the files, I get the same "Can't Copy" message.

I tried using Photos to try to copy a few pics on the PDA to the SD card. I get the error message "Warning Format not recognized."

Why can't I copy files to/from the SD card? Do I need to format my SD card a certain way? If so, how do I do it?

It's a Sandisk 2.0G card. Photos and mp3s are viewable/playable from the SD card, so it seems to be compatible/working.

Please help!
 
Hmm a few things to check and try.

Check the little switch on the side of the SD card to make sure it isn't locked.
Did the card ever work in the T3? If not i believe an update is required/available allowing you to read cards of size 2GB.
Try do a soft reset.
 
The 2GB card is unlocked. I've done a soft reset. Still no dice.
Everything is viewable on the PDA from the card, ,.. I just can't copy anything onto the card or vice-versa.
 
Hmm.,, it keeps getting funkier.,,. I tried to format the SD card via the T3, and got an error message saying "Format failed" Any clues? Maybe it'll work once it's properly formatted?
 
Also remember that the T3 can only write to 1.5GB of a 2GB card. It can read from all of the card it just can't write to all of it. That may be where a lot of your problems are coming from.
