Can't convert photo from word file into picture?

I edited a picture on Picnik.com and i really liked the end result. The picture was of a horse's eye. Anyway, I wanted to get another image in the eye, a reflection type thing, but there's no way to do it on picnik, or that I could find anyway. (If you know a way, let me know please!) So, using Microsoft Office Word, I cropped the other picture, angled it, and put it in the place of the eye. This worked really well and I really liked how it turned out. But now, since it's on Word, I can't figure out how to save it as a picture. I have checked all the 'save as' options, and there is none there. If you know a way to convert this into a picture format (Jpeg, etc) let me know please!
 
hit the prnt/scrl button i think it is (idk fo rsure, i have a mac) and then go to paint and hit paste. crop it so its the image you want then save it. that will save it as a jpeg
