Can't connect to Xbox live with Motorola SB5101?

I have already tried google, and someone had said to use the TCP optimizer to change the MTU settings, I have changed it to the settings that microsoft have asked (1346) and it is still coming up the same error message. Just using the Motorola modem, and nothing else. I have tried turning it off and on a few times and its still coming up an error
