My mom just bought me a new phone to replace my old one that I lost. For some reason, I'm trying to call my friend and talk to her since its free minutes day but it won't work. It takes me to a person working at t-mobile then tells me to say English and then enter my cell phone number. Once I get through that, when it asks whats my question, I hanged up since I don't have a question. I just want to call people but it won't let me!!
