Are you sure about that? I mean, I'm not questioning that it doesn't have nutrition other than being a good source of iron, but it definitely gives you energy with all those carbs packed in there.
Get the fuck outta here. Rice, hotdogs, shit tons of ground beef, canned veggies, frozen veggies, pasta, canned sauces, ect. You can do a lot with a little. Just gotta be, I don't know.......creative?
Well, aside from everything everyone else said, go with canned vegetables. They aren't desirable, but they will probably give you some degree of nutritional value. And drink lots of water, too. Water can't be bad for you, unless it's been tampered with, and will fill your stomach to the point that you won't be terribly hungry.
