As in right now I don't have money and I live if my parents.I used to go to a bailey total fitness gym working out and going on a machine that is for cardio exercise not the treadmills is some other machine and that was a while ago my mom used to pay for it but now she can't afford it now. Um the weather was kinda getting warm today so I don't know how many days will is be like this I from Brooklyn new york and out of shape and not getting enough exercise in my body so I need to do some exercise Any ideas? my apartment is too small but I will try to make some space if I can.
can't afford a gym can anyone gave me any tip of cardio exercise?
