Cant access tzones on my blackberry.

I've had an 8100, 8300, and now an 8320. I have not been able access tzones on any of them EVER. I have the blackberry unlimited internet 19.99 plan so I know I should be able access it for some reason. I have resent my service books for the bis site as well as from the routing table on my blackberry. I can access the blackberry internet browser and ewifi browser but not the tzones browser. When I try I get the following errror message : unable to access a pdp context through the apn ; wap.voicestream.com.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
 
Check your service books

optoins/advanced options/service books

You should see:

T Mobile USA WAP Browser
T Mobile USA WAP Transport
MMS Config (WAP)
WAP Push Config

I just had the opposite problem where I could access Tzones but not the internet browser.
Check to see if you have all of those service books.

Call them up, for me it was a problem on their end. They probably just need to reset your tzones status and it should show up.

It wasn't too bad yesterday when I called them. Worst part of the whole process was the wait time after Tmo handed me off to the Blackberry section.
 
You are missing the Blackberry internet browsing service book. If you register on the Host routing table and pull the battery and it does not fix it you need to call your carrier.
 
Well I called tmobile and they fixed it in 30 seconds. Apparently my account was missing the tzones part. They pushed it through and all is well now!
