Cannot start video recording v3.0649.0.0.1 N73(02)

Hi, folks. i never tried video recording on ony version of FW, so i don't know if it ever worked. but shutter release button doesn't start recording and there is no option in menu to start/stop it. can you confirm it's a problem or it's just me )
 
Try powering your phone off, and then back on, to make sure you have as much RAM freed up as possible, and try it again. I've had problems (at least with my previous f/w) with the camera not starting when the RAM was low.
 
I'm not sure what the newest f/w is for your product code, but I updated the ME firmware on mine, and it seems to manage the RAM better...maybe does a better job of clearing things out of memory after they're closed. Either way, if you don't mind the risk of bricking your phone, you might want to check it out.
 
hmm, maybe i should get the new firmware, anyways hey does anyone here who use handy taskman notice that apps(such as contacts, messages, gallery - not the big apps) dont close when u normally exit them, because it shows up in the task manager whereas before i installed the software i didnt have this problem
