Hi there.
I am unable to send a file from my Nokia 5800 to my Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop using Bluetooth. On my phone, I press send via Bluetooth and click on my computer's bluetooth name. However, it says that it is unable to connect no matter how many times I try.
I have also tried to right-click on the Bluetooth Icon on my taskbar and click on Receive A File, and then try to send using my phone again. However, it still shows "Unable to connect".
I have tried to send files from my Nokia 5800 to other laptops and it was possible. Also, when I first bought the laptop, I remember sending a file using Bluetooth from my phone to the laptop just to test if it was working, and it was successful. However, it doesn't work now.
Please help.
