Cannot run Java in a branded Siemens C75

I want to unlock a Siemens C75 phone, version 11.
I unlocked many phones like this with PX65V4 midlet, but in this phone i have no Java menu.
I copied the midlet to phone but i have no Java menu, i cannot run the midlet.
How to unlock phone?
