cannot play video

have new samsung for one week,was able to watch you tube video from browser icon on home screen,then yesterday i was not able to see any you tube video,"cannot play video"

You should read the manual before returning or you can also speak to customer care of your mobile connection provider.
They will surely help you to fix the problem.
