Cannot make up my mind on a Toshiba lcd tv or a Panasonic plasma...?

The panasonic is a 42inch (TC-P42U2) plasma... the toshiba is a 40inch (40g300u) LCD....

-both i can get for about the same price give or take, the tv is for my bedroom, i like to watch sports and play games like madden and COD on my 360... I do not know which i should choose. Please help me outtt
