Cannot Log into T-Mobile Pictures

So I registered my my.t-mobile.com account (last year)... so I go to t-mobilepictures.com and I can't log in!

Yes yes yes yes yes i'm sure I have the right password and what not... I've gone throught 3 CSRs!!!!


Some one please help? Anyone with the same problem?!
 
There is another way you can see your tmo album. If you can browse the internet from your phone, go to Browser, under the t-zone Links folder there is a link for the album labeled My Album and I can go to that and it never asks me for my password. Hope that helps for the time being while you get your password reset.
 
Go to Mytmobile.com and log in from a pc. On the front page down on the bottom right select my album link. If it does not auto dump you into my album call TMO and have them file a ticket. Hope it helps.
