Cannot install "supposedly" pre-installed apps on N73

Just got my Music Edition N73 last night and when I started it, it told me that there were a few apps that wasn't installed because the certificate was invalid or missing or whatever. So I went to the App Manager and tried to install it there and it gave me the same error. On my wifey's pink N73, she doesn't have any probs installing apps.

Also, I cannot install any themes as it gives me the same error. Anyone else have this problem?

My N73's Firmware: v3.0638.0.0.30 30-10-2006 RM-133 (Z5.01)
 
Under settings in the application manager, did you make sure it was set to install all software? By default it is set to "signed only". While your at it, make sure the online certificate check is turned off as well.
 
Yup. That was the first thing I checked. It's set to "All" and Online Check is also set to "Off"...

There's a few "uninstalled" apps/themes/games or whatever on it and no matter what I try, there's no way around it. Starting to piss me off...
 
As Cartman did say, "deeeeeeeeh"...damn, I feel stupid...I had the year set to 2006 instead of 2007...hahahaha! anyways...don't laugh...hahahah! pfft...
