Cannot be a rearrangement of the letters in your username - password verification PHP?

In the password field, I do not want the user to rearrange his letters (from his first name or username, say 'abcd') and use it as his password. So I do not want the user using 'bdca' or 'dabc' for the password. How would we go about writing such a regular expression?
