Canning Salsa - can you "hot pack"?

Wondering if I have to process salsa. If the salsa is boiling and my jars and lids are hot should i still process? I didnt know if adding the onion and pepper and garlic would reduce the acidity too much. I cannot pressure can because i have a glass top stove. My tomatoes turned out great, i was just wondering about salsa.
