I'm going to Cancun next month & was curious what i need to do on my end in order to get ALL my services while there? i.e. phone/data/etc.....i would prefer to not have to pay for hotel internet fees or receive roaming charges...if this is even possible.

Go to T-mobile website and login. Activate or add Worldclass International Roaming. It is free. However, you should check the rate charges and data usage fee when roaming. But if the hotel has wifi and you have wifi then you are probably good to go.
Or call up customer service and ask them about service while in Cancun.

alex, not sure with tmo.

with att, you can add on the mexico roaming plan. when i was in cabo on a cruise a few years ago, the bb roamed on a couple of mexico carriers, but the charges for data (and bbm) were minimal.

have you called up tmo to ask yet?
 
Correct, activate your free international roaming and all should work.

I ALSO suggest you add the international BB data package while you are gone. For $19.99 month/PRORATED, you will get your email service while traveling.
