My employer hasn't paid our health insurance, and I found out by rejected claim my family was cancelled. What are our rights? We have an infant that needs shots, and we were not offered COBRA since the job is current and the employer says they paid it every time we ask.

There are many free health clinics that you need to identify and utilise.
Baby shots are free at any health dept, and there are clinics held at places like churches etc a few times a year.
Did you pay your portion of healthcare and they did not send it in and or match that amount? If they are keeping your portion in thier pocket go to the labor board and see how they can handle this situation at your company. It is illegal to pocket ins monies paid in by employees as well as taxes they match that you pay in.
The services already performed, will be your debt, so just make payments and save on your credit. Request all monies help returned to you to help with those costs. Ask what is the new healthcare plan in place. The labor board will if not able to help, tell you what gov body to contact, as there are laws regarding on what companies must have ins policies in place and who does not. If you work at a smaller company, they might not be included in these federal programs, and the employer really has a bad accounting firm or whoever dealing with this.
Companies are subject to being ripped off, so for now, act as if this is new and your asking for help. Go to HR and discuss this calmly. Benefits can come and go easily, the question is, can you get a better job right now..........or settle for no health benefits to keep the paychecks coming in. You may have to cut back gas for the car, food on the table, new things, adjust to your situation, for now, the entire nation is giving up things to keep afloat.
