I have been with verizon for over a year and they STILL haven't given us the military discount even though I call every month and we fax them a copy of his ID every time! This, along with other crap, has made me decide to switch carriers. I already asked ATT if they would pay the fee if I switched to them and they said no. Since the discount was talked about when I signed the contract, can I get out of the contract if I'm really adamant about it? Anybody have experience? I'm so sick of verizon's BS!
