Canadian Cartoons

Apologies if this thread may have been posted before but can anyone - without letting this go OT - please provide me a list of cartoons made/produced in Canada? I'm aware of some shows like "What ABout Mimi?", "Ed, Edd n Eddy", "Yvon of the Yukon", but I'm curious to know if there are plenty of others I'm missing. I'm very intrested in their budgets and how they seem fuller and "better drawn" where the Mounties roam.

Thanks.

There are also cartoons produced by a Canadian studio Nelvana, some of which were created for American networks.

The "George of the Jungle" revival currently airing on Cartoon Network was produced in Canada.

I know most of those Grantray-Lawrence Marvel cartoons are US/Canada production.

As are My Dad the Rock Star, Johnny Test, Beetljuice and the Care Bears series (the Nelvana version, that is, not the extremely short-lived DiC version from the 80's.)

Dry it may appear, the first link seems to have helped me a lot. Thanks :)

As re: R&S, I think John.K is Canadian himself. Not sure about his company, though.

The Animated Adventures of Bob and Doug McKenzie?! What the... when did THAT happen oO?! 2003??

You could also go check the current schedule for Teletoon in both language :p most of it is Canadian.

A lot of those listed on IMDB are co-productions though... some are even just dubs made in Canada.

Well, Johnny Test was only partly-done in Canada during it's first season. When the second started, it became all Canada. And as long as I'm talking about shows that have some of the pre-production in Canada, I'll have to add "Yin Yang Yo" and "Pucca" to the list.

Why hasn't anyone mentioned X-Men: TAS? It was animated and produced in Canada, that's why they could only use Storm in Spider-Man's Secret Wars arc and probably why they had to cut Mister Sinister (Chris Britton did his voice).

Carbunkle Cartoons is from Canada, I know that. Isn't it actually animated here in America, though? I could've swore Star Farm in the Chicago area animated it.

And this topic would be incomplete without mentioning "Bob & Margaret", which was based off the also-Canadian short "Bob's Birthday", which won an Academy Award.

I actually read it was in production right now a few weeks ago.

Is it wrong for me to like Jacob Two-Two? It's a really funny series airing on qubo and unapologetically Canadian. I like that.

Why does everyone forget the Canadian produced X-Men: TAS, which hands down OWNS pretty much everything else y'all've mentioned?

Umm, actually, it was produced in Canada, that's why they had to fly the entire cast of XTAS to LA for Spider-Man and later could only afford to bring in Storm for Secret Wars, and most likely why the subplot involving Mister Sinister (voiced by Canada's badass Chris Britton) was cut.
