I have learnt that it is easy to obtain PR in Canada. But I desire to pursue higher studies there, my field is Computer Science. I wish to know whether Canada is as good as USA when it comes to education. I would also like to know whether the job opportunities are ok, since I have also come to know that job in Canada(for IT people) is scarce and not upto the mark.
