Canaan

i watched episode 9
not a lot happened and ALOT happened at the same time, there is a lot of info. Apparently there was another virus before the UA virus. The CIA though they were helping the village with an anti-virus but it actually was the UA virus. I THINK. I dont know yet, i have to watch it again actually to fully understand, sometimes the subs go too fast haha. or some one could help me to understand it more? :P
but I know that Canaan can see colors again.
and i think that the meeting between canaan and alphard is very interesting.

So, Alphard disappointed me greatly today.

She was becoming more and more of a badass character as time went on, and the fact that she was intent on killing Liang Qi nearly had her sealed as one of my favorite characters of the show.

And then she didn't? And the bullet fired at Cummings was a lameass fake? Not to mention the way she went and mistreated Canaan. >_> So Alphard-sama goes back on the self with the other characters who I care nothing about/dislike.

Oh, and Maria packs quite a punch. =D Remind me to gif. that one day.

For those of you who are super into Canaan (admittedly, it appears, the whole thread XD), does the tone/feel change much after the first 3 episodes? I can't say I was into it much (felt like the same-old-girls-with-guns idea) but given all the hype, I'm considering picking it back up again.

Episode 11

Looks like they're winding things down as they've started to kill off the characters. To see Hakko's necrophilism was a bit disgusting but understandable in the situation. I'm glad they got the medicine though.

Overall, it was better than I'd expected. The last episode ended in a cliffhanger, at least that's what it seemed like to me. I hope there'll be another season or something...

Uh I think the end of Canaan is terrible.

First of all, there weren't enough actions at all 'til the very end. And when I saw this anime, I thought it was going to be action packed.

Secondly, I thought they were finally going to give some insights to Alphard and Canaan's past, instead of the annoying "O HERES WHAT HAPPENED ACCORDING TO MAH MEMORIEZ."

I just can't accept the end at all, I feel like pretty much nothing happened throughout the entire series and it seems like they didn't even really explain what was going on at all. It's almost like reading a really, really, really, really, really, and I mean REALLY long run on sentence, and at the end you just don't understand what you just read.

At first i thought,
CANAAN

well im gonna be finish watching clannad by now..
