Suggest some books to me?

Here's what I like:
I ADORE Tolkien's work.
I like fantasy, but not Sci-fi.
I love Roman mythology.
I like suspense novels, like Mary Higgins Clark's books.
John Grisham rocks.
Anything with loads of symbolism is amazing (I like things to have a second meaning - like LOTR)
I like put down a book knowing more than when I picked it up.

I can't seem to get my hands on a book that I love. Can you suggest something, please?

You've probably heard this one dozens of times, but Twilight is a definite must. Great fantasy series. Seriously, go for it. One that's sci-fi that's actually really good is The Host by Stephenie Meyer. I'm not a big fan of sci-fi at ALL, but i fell in love with this book.

A really good one by MAry Higgings Clark is Two Little Girls in Blue. Awesome thriller.

This Lullaby, Just Listen, The Truth About Forever, Dreamland, and Lock and Key all by Sarah Dessen. These books are amazing. Seriously, read them.

Th1rteen R3asons Why by Jay Asher. If you don't read any of the the other books i've listed, at least read this one. SO sad, but SO, so good.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians saga by Rick Riordan. It's not ROMAN mythology, but it is Greek, which is almost a mirror of the Romans gods/goddesses, only with different names and a few changes. REALLY great series. quick reads, but great nonetheless.

Twisted and Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson.

Twisted by Jeffery Deaver. These are short stories with severely twisted endings. You'll have an ending in your mindset and it'll go the complete opposite direction. Not kidding.

The Mortal Instruments trilogy by Cassandra Clarke.

The Looking Glass Wars trilogy by Frank Beddor. It's a spin-off of Alice in Wonderland. GREAT books.

Happy Reading!
