Can you video chat via skype on the new thunderbolt?

I just got the thunderbolt and i was wondering if you can video chat with Skype...and if not what else can you do with the front facing camera...or is there a app already installed that allows you to do it ...and most importantly can you Skype with someone whose is using Skype on there PC.
 
Yes some do depending on the generation of that HTC thunderbolt. If it's the newest one then NO it doesn't. Some do and some don't. They put the affect on the last generation Febuary. So some do not and some do. You probably have the one that indeed doesn't. But yeah some do do skype video calls and all soem do not.

But they also said that they are now taking it off all the thunderbolts. So it's most likely possible that you won't be able to.
