Can you use the Virt Cons w/ just the wiimote?

I can't find the classic controller anywhere. Do I need it in order to just play the old nes games??

I think for the NES games you can use the Wiimote. Atleast some of them. Others, like Mario 64, you need the Classic controller or maybe a GC controller.

yeah if you can't get a classic controller get a gamecube one until then

Depends on the game. NES games can as well as a few titles for Turbografx16/Sega/SNES.

All NES games work with the Wiimote. And some of the Genesis and TurboGrafx-16 games do as well. It will actually show you on the screen for the game which controllers work with it. The Gamecube controller will work with all of them as well.
