Can you use Apple SDK to develop apps, with no experience?

If you have absolutely no experience in coding or programing, will you still be able to develop iPhone Apps using Apple SDK? I understand it may be harder to get the hang of with no experience, but is it actually possible? Or do you still have to go and learn some types of coding and stuff?
