Can you use an HTC snap in the United States?

I'm looking to buy one in europe and bring it back to the u.s. with me.
This is what it says under network in the specifications:
HSDPA/WCDMA:

Europe/Asia: 900/2100 MHz
*
Up to 7.2 Mbps down-link speed

Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE:

*
Europe/Asia: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz


Is that likely to work in the united states?
