If I used a video game or cartoon character in my story I wrote could I get sued I mean if you used them couldn't you just make it alot different I mean I wrote a story with Ratchet and Clank and Alvin and the Chipmunks but not like the original and I also used me and my three friends in too so I wouldn't think I could get sued if it was published.
