Can you use a Tmobile sim card with a samsung propel?

Actually you can. I have a Samsung Propel and i called AT&T to get the Subsidy Code to change networks. They walk you through it and it costs nothing, i have internet on my plan but it wont work with at&t. Im currently trying to figure a way around it!
