Can you upgrade Vista to Windows 7 in a boot camp partition?

I've got Vista installed on my Macbook Pro through Boot camp and i was wondering if I could upgrade it to windows 7. (I know boot camp doesn't allow you to install windows 7 through it yet, but maybe you can just upgrade vista while running it?)

You can upgrade to windows 7. But I dont think you can dual boot.
