Can you tighten the baffles on a 1986 Honda Magna v45 700?

I hear a rattle in my left pipe. I am convinced it is the baffle. How can I tighten it so I dont need to replace it? Some bikes you can do this, but on my bike I dont see a spot to do it. If I cant, what are my options. I want to avoid buying new pipes as I really cant afford it right now. I am looking for honest intelligent answers only. Also, does anyone know any tricks for this type of bike to stop the rattle in a baffle?
 
No.
When Honda pipes rust out on the inside there isnt realy anything you can do. I buy MAC replacements.
