you buy the cake in the Buy Mode (F2) and set it on a table outside your house. OR using the phone you could set up a party at the park or something and set the cake on a table there
yes you can. so first you throw the party threw the phone. Then you go to buy mode and click on outdoor items...(its the grill) anyway go and buy a table like a picknick table and then you go to food and buy the cake set it on the table and tada. A party outside.
if u do the birthday party outside of there house on their lawn u can get the cake there by moving it from their inventory to a table outside but i have not figured out how to get the cake out in the town
