Can you text Korea from Ireland on Vodafone?

I was on o2 before and I could send messages and they said delivered but my girlfriend never got them in Korea so I switched to 3, but their coverage sucks where I live. So I was wondering if I was able to send messages to Korea on Vodafone because their coverage is pretty good where I live
