Yes...or atleast, Ive never seen a hand drawn animation that looked like a CGI animation.
Ive confused Stop Motion Animation (puppets) for CGI before, because the puppet making and backgrounds where so emaculate.
Im personaly not a huge CGI fan, I only think it works for some films... but otherwise I prefer handrawn animation, or stop motion. I just have a great love for handmade: hands on crafts.
