Can you tell how bad of neighborhood you're in by how many big chrome wheels

you see on cars? We've all seen them, those ridiculous monster chrome wheels on cars.

Nothing like $3,000 wheels on a $500 car. People are killing each other for their wheels in my city.
 
Well i have those type of people who live right across the street from me in my neighborhood. They stay up and blast their music with their bass and it rattle the picture frames in our house.. no lie... and at sometimes there may be like 6 cars in their driveway just working on them. They'll have some Sh**** cars but their rims would cost more than it!
 
You can also tell by the number of people that hang out outside. The trash that is everywhere, tore up screens on the windows. Most of all the worse neighborhoods have the most hispanics.
