Can you teach with a special education minor?

Hi, I'm a history student and i am getting a minor in special education, and, i was wondering if i would be able to work with special education students with my minor.
 
its depends in the ability of the student.
but i think you should start in basic topics up to difficult.
trust me if you get there heart and interest they communicate to you very well.
