Can you sync your iPod Touch via Bluetooth?

My charge cable is starting to break, so I was wondering if there is any way you could sync the Touch using Bluetooth. CNET says the the Touch is "capable of full-fledged Bluetooth audio and data transmission", so if I buy a Bluetooth adaptor for my computer, it should work, right?
