Revol is not going to allow a Verizon phone to be activated on their network.
You are going to have to pick one of the revol phones available. CDMA phones have the original carriers ID programmed into the phone itself, unlike a GSM phone where you can move a SIM card with your account info from phone to phone.
Also, after taking a quick look at revol, it doesn't appear they have any half-smart phones like WinMo, and are not set up for data plans like would be required for a Q.
