Can you sue someone over a car if you all ready sold the car for damages?
my old next store neighbor is suing my boy friend on a car he damages a year, but he sold the car to my grandparent about 3 weeks ago,and he just tryed to sue a week ago,plus he did not even fix the car.and he is still trying to get his money. can he do that?
