Im having this weird mild pain when i tighten my penis muscle. It feels like its on the inside of the urethra. Its kind of hard to describe but in the inside of my urethra it also has a kind of dry hard and stiff feeling but only when erect and when I tighten the muscles. I urinate fine, I have no burning or blood. It cant be an STD because Im not active. Its been about 3 days.
