Can you still get signed with Ford Models if...?

You've already been signed with a different agency, but aren't working for them anymore? I mean, do you think Ford Models would rather have someone who hasn't done any modeling before, or someone who has been signed before, but not currently? 10 points!
 
I don't think it really matters,as long as your currently not working with another agency, theres very strict rules about that.
